- Sign up on the trial page and we'll provision your tenant and email your sign-in details. You get full access to every module for 14 days. No credit card required.
- Are field employees billed as users?
- Per-user pricing applies to anyone with an account in DoorstepPro — office staff and field employees. Customer-portal logins for your end customers do not count.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from inside DoorstepPro, and we prorate the difference automatically.
- Do you offer discounts on volume licensing or annual billing?
